The Trustee is proud to provide FREE access for our Chapter 13 debtors to the Trustee’s Education Network.



The Trustee’s Office will never advise you of changes to your Plan or Plan payments via telephone. You will receive written notification of any changes to the Trustee’s payment mailing address. The change will also be posted on this web site.

The Trustee does not accept payments from apps like Paypal or Venmo. If you receive a request to make payments in this manner it is a scam. Please contact your attorney and the Trustee’s office immediately.

The Trustee’s office will never call or email you requesting sensitive personal information. If you receive a suspicious telephone call or email, contact the Trustee’s Office or your attorney immediately.
